Federico is a Colombian-Canadian cinematographer, post-production/VFX supervisor, and tattoo artist based in London, Ontario. With over 13 years of experience, he has built a reputation as a highly skilled professional with a versatile skill set that spans from concept to completion.


His journey in cinematography began in Canada, where he honed his skills in motion graphics, video editing, visual FX, 2D and 3D animation, and color grading. He quickly gained recognition for his artistic approach, consistently delivering innovative solutions to every project he tackled.


Federico’s passion for cinematography and leadership abilities have made him a valuable asset to clients and colleagues alike. He has contributed to various advertising projects, TV shows, corporate identities, and documentaries for both Canadian and international television networks, including Netflix Mexico, Telemundo L.A., Discovery Canada, Discovery Mexico, and HGTV Channel, Canada.


He takes pride in his ability to elevate every project, producing visually stunning pieces that truly capture his clients’ visions.


Alongside his wife and director, Paula Vergara, Federico is the co-founder of Half and Half Agency in London, Ontario. Together, they’re currently working on upcoming documentary series and a short film, where Federico transitions seamlessly from Executive Producer, writer, Director of Photography to Postproduction/VFX supervisor as needed.
