Paula has an ability to imagine a concept and make it a reality.


Paula is a Colombian-Canadian Creative Director, art director and tattoo artist based in London, Ontario. With a passion for visual arts and a background in Graphic design, she has amassed over 14 years of experience in the industry. Paula’s interest in production began at a young age, and she has been forging her experience in the field ever since.


In addition to her work in the industry, Paula is also an active member of the London community, where she enjoys helping local artists grow. Her love for the profession and her dedication to supporting fellow creatives have made her a valuable asset to the community. Throughout her career, Paula has collaborated with national and international companies, using her talent for materializing ideas to bring their visions to life. However, it was her work on a video production for a young artist that truly captured her heart and propelled her towards filmmaking.


As a result, in 2023 Paula is currently developing her first short film, and documentary series which she hopes will be the first of many. Her passion for the creative process and her dedication to excellence make her an exceptional director and a valuable asset to any project.


Paula is the co-founder of Half and Half Agency, an award winning production company based in London Ontario.

Our film office and the city are dedicated to providing location support, smooth permitting, access to reasonable accommodations and a positive production experience for local, national and international filmmakers.
