My church, originally erected in 1911, has been transformed into an awe-inspiring residential masterpiece. The historic structure, with its ornate steeple and graceful archways, has been meticulously renovated to create an opulent and inviting home. The interior, once a place of worship, now exudes warmth and sophistication. The nave has been converted into a spacious and elegant living area, where the soaring ceilings and exquisite detailing give a sense of grandeur. The former altar has been transformed into a chef’s dream kitchen, complete with modern amenities, bell tower has become a cozy library overlooking the main living space. This home, a stunning blend of history and contemporary luxury, is a testament to the art of renovation and transformation, where the echoes of spiritual devotion now harmonize with the joys of domestic life.

Our anchor position in Southwestern Ontario gives us access to rural, agricultural and unique small townscapes.

We’re only 2 hours down the highway from Toronto, 1 ½ hours from Hamilton, and have an international airport, GoTrain and Via Rail access. Best of all, we boast a strong and growing local talent and crew capability. Our film office and the city are dedicated to providing location support, smooth permitting, access to reasonable accommodations and a positive production experience for local, national and international filmmakers.
