We want to help you get your project off the ground.

It's hard to make a movie. We know that. Where do you start? What do you do? Who can help? Let's start to answer some of those questions.
The London Film Incubator is made up of a series of programs catered to specific areas of filmmaking. Each program will be facilitated by an industry professional and will take a practical, goal-orientated approach to moving your project forward.
Explore the programs below. Please note that space is limited in each program and participants will be selected based on their application and project eligibility.

Ongoing Events

Screenwriters of London! Do you have ideas but not sure where to take them? Are you looking for people to bounce ideas off of? Need some motivation to get writing? Come to the Film London Screenwriting Club.
We meet every 3 weeks to share our work, read the works of others, and offer gentle feedback. The group will act as a thinktank where writers can present their ideas, explain their barriers, and share their grand visions. Let’s inspire each other!
Attendees must be willing to share their screenplays with the group and be open to receiving constructive feedback. Screenplays must be sent 48 hours ahead of each session. This will give everyone time to read each others’ work and develop feedback. Please have a screenplay (finished or unfished) or a treatment ready for each session. All stories are the intellectual property of the writer. We’ll respect everyone’s work.
And, if there's demand, the club can also start reviewing rough cuts of local work!
Every great film begins with story. Let’s build our stories together.

Fresh, never-seen locations, access to hard-to-book spaces like our airport and university, and a warm welcome for filming with plenty of support services… London, Ontario is open for business to the film and television industry for productions large and small.

London can be whenever or wherever you want us to be. We have streetscapes and architecture that can stand in for cities across North America. Gorgeous in any season, ‘The Forest City’ is the 11th largest metropolitan area in Canada, capable of hosting any size of production. Our anchor position in Southwestern Ontario gives us access to rural, agricultural and unique small townscapes.

We’re only 2 hours down the highway from Toronto, 1 ½ hours from Hamilton, and have an international airport, GoTrain and Via Rail access. Best of all, we boast a strong and growing local talent and crew capability. Our film office and the city are dedicated to providing location support, smooth permitting, access to reasonable accommodations and a positive production experience for local, national and international filmmakers.

Call to let us help find the perfect locations for your next film or TV project.
