Original built in 1887 as the Michigan Central Railroad steam locomotive repair shop, the repurposed roundhouse retains many of its architectural features offering a 19th-century industrial look with modern, futuristic updates. The hi-tech office building has concrete flooring with vaulted wood ceiling and supporting girders, open stainless air ducts, and skylights where the original smoke stacks were located. The interior yellow brick is heritage and steel guardrails are used on the staircases and second floors. The office area is open concept with a second floor built in the centre space holding stacked offices and a glass-walled boardroom. The east side of the space has a second floor mezzanine with a lounge. There are meeting areas and a kitchen as well. The 16 ft locomotive doors have added windows and have been retained as the north wall.
