I grew up in Europe, am fluently bilingual (Parisian French and English). I lived in Paris, The Hague and London (the other one!). I moved to Canada as a 17 yr old and finished school, went to University, became a physician and worked for 20 years as a rural GP in North Eastern Alberta doing C sections and other surgeries as well. I burnt out of practice in 2008, and moved to London to work in Patient Safety and retired in 2022.
