We have a 33-acre farm 10 minutes east of Stratford, one hour from London. Our house is a 2 story yellow brick home with a wrap-around porch that is 100+ years old. We sit at the top of the crest of a paved road in Perth East with a lovely view of the rolling hills from the front porch. There are 2 stairways to the upstairs with 4 bedrooms, a bathroom on the second floor, and a long hallway leading to both stairways. The downstairs has a living room, dining room, small bathroom, and large country kitchen with an attached sunroom that has a fieldstone wall, stand-alone cast iron wood stove with glass front, and tongue and groove pine throughout. The original wooden floors run throughout the house. Three rooms in the basement with full height open 8′ ceilings. The farm has 8 acres of woods with a hiking trail running through it, a small wooden cabin in the centre of the woods, a pond with a small beach, and a labyrinth which is the same size and design found in the Chartres cathedral in France. There are 18 acres used for cash crops and a large bank barn that has been restored outside and in the upper section which includes a stage. It is empty. We also have a half-acre vineyard that was planted in the spring of 2023 next to a large asparagus patch and vegetable garden. There is also an implement shed.

Fresh, never-seen locations, access to hard-to-book spaces like our airport and university, and a warm welcome for filming with plenty of support services… London, Ontario is open for business to the film and television industry for productions large and small.

London can be whenever or wherever you want us to be. We have streetscapes and architecture that can stand in for cities across North America. Gorgeous in any season, ‘The Forest City’ is the 11th largest metropolitan area in Canada, capable of hosting any size of production. Our anchor position in Southwestern Ontario gives us access to rural, agricultural and unique small townscapes.

We’re only 2 hours down the highway from Toronto, 1 ½ hours from Hamilton, and have an international airport, GoTrain and Via Rail access. Best of all, we boast a strong and growing local talent and crew capability. Our film office and the city are dedicated to providing location support, smooth permitting, access to reasonable accommodations and a positive production experience for local, national and international filmmakers.
